Anthony C. Dixon of 125 Southview Dr Marion is charged with possession of a controlled substance with penalty enhancement and interference with official acts after authorities say he fled from officers at 2155 Westdale Dr SW Cedar Rapids and possessed marijuana following a prior drug offense.
