Linn District Court actions in Cedar Rapids June 9 1977
Kenneth F. Willman, 43, received up to five years for receiving stolen property after a TV theft from a Cedar Rapids motel on Jan 15 and had probation revoked from a prior suspended sentence. Robert Dose Jr. had larceny of a motor vehicle dismissed on mental condition grounds. Marion M. Bancroft, 23, sentenced to one year in county jail with probation for two years after uttering a forged $15 check. Donald Koach had probation revoked after a suspended sentence for receiving stolen property. Dennis R. Culp fined 500 dollars for second offense drunk driving, charged as third offense.
