UI Health Care seeks 9.5 million to dissolve alliance network
UI Health Care told the Board of Regents it needs 7.5 million to meet cash flow needs for closing the UI Health Alliance and transfer 9.5 million to UI Health System to cover dissolution costs. The alliance included MercyCare Service Corp Genesis Health System and Great River Health Systems.
