Noahs Ark theme park faces funding delay in Kentucky
In Hebron Kentucky Ark Encounter designers press ahead with a 150 million Bible based park set to open 2014 though financing lags with 12.3 million on hand and 12.7 million pledged, potentially missing 37.5 million in Kentucky tax rebates while seeking to justify the biblical story with a mixed wood ark and attractions like a Tower of Babel and Ten Plagues ride.
