New G R fire station on Emerald Knights site

FEMA environmental and historic reviews delayed the plan after the private owner demolished most buildings. City recovery chief Joe Bern said FEMA and state officials have resolved differences and cleared the purchase for the fire station. Acting Fire Chief Wark English commented on progress.
