A Cedar Rapids 14 year old driver faces multiple charges after a police chase ended at a Kennedy High School graduation party. The juvenile allegedly drove a van through a fence damaging seven vehicles, and fled on Second and First streets before crashing. Five youths in the van had minor injuries.
