Dyersville flood leaves dozens of homes flooded
About 50 homes in Dyersville Iowa were coated in milky muck as flood waters receded after heavy rain in the region. FEMA will issue a damage assessment by Friday with damages to city structures at about 1.5 million dollars and homes around 1 million. Ten cities bypassed wastewater plants to prevent sewage backup.
