Nail salon fined and put on probation in Iowa
The Angel Nails salon and owner Hong Lan Tran were fined 500 dollars and placed on a one year probation by the Iowa Board of Cosmetology Arts and Sciences for unsafe practices. Violations included unlabeled cosmetics and reusable disinfec tion limited nail files and operating without an Iowa license. The salon remains open while the penalty is paid and violations corrected.

Man Convicted for Intent to Distribute Crack Cocaine
