Sisters Return to Renovated Mount St. Francis Infirmary
About 90 Franciscan sisters aged 75 to 103 moved back to Holy Family Hall at Mount St. Francis in Dubuque after a six month 10 million renovation adding air conditioning accessible bathrooms and a new sun room funded by Conlon Construction and Straka Johnson Architects. They had relocated to the adjacent Dominican villa during the work and held a vespers service May 28 to mark their return.
