Prairie High launches hands on vocational training for special students
Grace King reports Prairie High School in Edar Rapids introduces a Practical Assessment Exploration System driven curriculum to help students with intellectual disabilities identify aptitudes and interests. The program features a simulated workplace and exposes students to 275 jobs across five career areas to prepare them for life after high school.
