Ringleader gets four year sentence in insurance scheme
John Rodamaker of Charles City pleaded guilty to one count of mail fraud in a massive insurance fraud case. Judge Edward McManus sentenced him to four years in federal prison with parole eligibility. Several co-defendants face pending pre sentence investigations and pleas.
