Jury selection reports spark debate over fairness and officer conduct
Defense experts criticized Judge Edward McManus questioning as insufficiently probing while noting defense juror scrutiny ran late into the night. The trial drew attention for alleged promises by Holder to secure release of detained individuals and for a checkpoint arrest of Jerry and Linda Wilson with handguns en route to the IRS office.
