Pavey Pending Topeka Arrest Tied To Past Parole Case

Mrs H C Pavey sought by sheriff deputies in Topeka Kansas on a check charge was previously given a seven year suspended sentence to Rockwell City reformatory on June 5 1940 after a similar arrest. Her parole to a Des Moines woman was revoked two weeks later following another check charge and she was released. Identified by the FBI fingerprint file as Virginia Marguerette Wilkerson she will not be extradited. Topeka prosecutor was informed of her sentence here.
