Kennedy High School parking fines threaten diploma
Kennedy High School senior Debbie Geater faced potential diploma denial over a $66 parking fine, though Associate Principal James Schneckloth said graduation will proceed. Officials note preference to collect fines but enforcement includes towing at Washington and fines at Jefferson, with 825 of Kennedy’s 1,800 students lacking bus eligibility and the campus crowded by 500 to 600 parking spaces.
