Ushers Ferry hosts rail event with IARP meeting

Court: Neighbors must share fence upkeep

The Iowa Supreme Court rules six nothing that shared fence maintenance rests with all adjoining landowners. It overturns a district ruling assigning maintenance of half the partition fences to Ritscher Farms Inc. until livestock on its property prompted action.
