Neighbor held 7 year old girl as car nears Cedar Rapids

A Cedar Rapids girl, seven, was allegedly held against her will and harmed by a neighbor. Dee Jay Radeke, 28, was arrested and charged with first-degree holding against will and second-degree sexual mistreatment after the incident near Harrison and Cleveland schools. The girl identified a tall man in a white and red car. He was suspected in other suspicious activity. Radeke had prior related charges and a 1987 assault conviction.
