Linn District Court actions include dismissals and guilty pleas on drunken driving charges. Justice had a first offense dismissal. Weisley and Zbomik pleaded to first offense with fines and short jail terms. Smiley and Kelley faced reduced charges or sentences for domestic related assaults. Multiple defendants received fines, jail days, or probation in Dec 2001 to Feb 2002 cases.
