In Cedar Rapids federal court Jerry Mabry of Arizona pleaded guilty to travel to evade child support exceeding $10 000 unpaid over a year and faces up to two years in prison and 250 000 fine with sentencing set for Oct 2. Zhou Yu Ni of Cedar Rapids pleaded guilty and was sentenced to one month in Hinzman Center plus five months home confinement and 31 000 fine for hiring illegal aliens. Glenn Bearbower of Waterloo received 46 months and three years supervised release after conspiracy to distribute marijuana and methamphetamine. Jamie L. Fulton of Tipton got 70 months for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and possession of a short barreled shotgun, with 200 special assessment and four years supervised release.
