The Supreme Court ruled Miss Rieka Findley need not disclose how she obtained more than 100000 in property described as a gift from her late brother Park A. Findley. The decision reversed a district court order forcing her to testify before a probate referee in a private hearing. The court said the matter had reached the limit of the referee's jurisdiction and any dispute with Grace Findley must be pursued in separate litigation.
