Cedar Rapids project Willis Dady Works targets $3.42 million to renovate two buildings for an Employment Hub and 13 supportive housing units. The plan includes workforce training, case management, and on-site staff, with rents capped at 30 percent of income. Space on the Chandler Pump Co building’s upper floor will be repurposed for housing within months, while the Employment Hub opens first.
