Board dismisses complaint over banana costume at Fort Madison school
Iowa Public Information Board voted 8-1 to dismiss a Pen City Current complaint alleging the Fort Madison district violated public records law by not releasing video of a Dec 13 assembly. Principal Todd Dirth dressed as a banana and allegedly made an inappropriate remark to a student.
