Killian's maps out action in plan for reorganization
The formal plan for Killian Co is filed in Cedar Rapids federal bankruptcy court outlining two main provisions. Unsecured creditors receive 10 percent cash in full satisfaction after priority claims payment, with a separate arrangement to buy new stock via M L Rothschild Management Corp secured by liens on company assets. The plan preserves management of assets and business under court oversight until all unsecured claims are paid, and confirms the need for the Rothschild arrangement to continue operations.
