Marion Learning Center aids high school dropouts
The Marion Community Learning Center offers an individualized high school program for dropouts run by Kirkwood Community College in partnership with Marion Independent and Linn-Mar districts. It serves up to about 100 students, with 5 to 10 daily on site, and emphasizes self image, goal setting, and gradual credit transfer to regular high schools.
