Former waitress sues Hooters over toy Yoda
Jodee Berry, 26, claims she won a charity beer sales contest at Hooters in Panama City Beach and was told she would receive a Toyota. Instead she received a Yoda toy. she left the job a week later and filed suit against Gulf Coast Wings Inc. for breach of contract and fraudulent misrepresentation seeking the car’s cost as damages.
