Mothers charges after daughter kept in shed for hours daily

In California a 64 year old mother, Maria Isabel Eugenio, was charged with abusing a dependent adult and false imprisonment for locking her mentally disabled daughter in a wooden shed up to 12 hours a day for up to two years. She claimed she lacked time and funds to care for her daughter.
