Cedar Rapids man guilty on HIV transmission counts
Ronald E. Lord, 36, of Cedar Rapids, found guilty of three counts of criminal transmission of HIV for sexual acts with three teenage boys between Sept 2005 and Aug 2006. He pleaded guilty to three third degree sexual abuse charges and faces up to 25 years on the transmission counts and up to 10 years on each sexual abuse conviction.
