About two dozen northwest Cedar Rapids residents met at Olivet Presbyterian Church to press Gatsby's bar management on parking, noise, litter and vandalism. Bar owner reps promised steps including parking in nearby lots, a doorman, a uniformed guard, more signage, and added security, with a neighbor wary but willing to watch results. A follow up meeting with City Council is planned.
