McLeods Give UNI 4 Million for New Sports Arena

Kristophere Owens reports 89 year old INTON-Elma Belknap of Vinton has 2001 ribbons after winning 11 at the Benton County Fair in Vinton last week. Five blue firsts five red seconds and one white third. She started 50 years ago with her late husband Ralph and now stitches embroidery for family and charity projects while aging toward 90 in September.
