Round 2 in Wells development fight at 40th Street site
Neighbors file a second petition against Wells Construction to build a 38 unit duplex development on a 5 acre site near Mount Vernon Road and 40th Street SE. Planning staff favor approving a successive application but cite a too small site and access concerns. The Planning Commission will vote today and forward to City Council for possible next week action.
