Manure Spill Reaches Iowa River After Dam Breach
A 100000 gallon manure spill from Cedar Valley Farms outside Blairstown breached two sand dams on Friday, sending contaminated water from Coon Creek tributary toward the Iowa River. DNR warns livestock to stay out of the creek and veterinarians should advise when safe.
