Prosecutors Win Access to Suspect Medical Records in Cedar Rapids Slayings
Cedar Rapids prosecutors gain access to Alexander Jackson's medical records after a judge ruled the 20 year old murder suspect waived confidential privileges by speaking to officers at the hospital and during treatment for a gunshot wound.
