Police say public tips helped identify and arrest Jeffrey R. Stone in Cedar Rapids on charges of fifth degree theft and five counts of false use of a credit card related to March thefts. Stone, 32, of Red Wing Minnesota, was taken into custody after surveillance photos were released.
