Swisher City Council approves library help and storm water plan
The June 11 2018 Swisher city meeting includes approval of temporary library staff Ryan Taylor at nine dollars an hour for June through August and votes on a Rose Avenue drainage project final payment. A public hearing creates a Storm Water Utility Fund with monthly charges of five dollars per residential unit and eight dollars per commercial unit.
