Linn County auditor disput es Schultz on voter fraud
Linn County Auditor Joel Miller says voter fraud isn’t a problem and current laws prevent it, while Iowa Secretary of State Matt Schultz insists on turning over every stone to find fraud. Since 2008 Linn County has 51 election day registration investigations, 12 prosecutions, two jail terms, 10 fines. Miller notes felon voting cases were caught by safeguards and not true fraud. He questions photo ID needs and defends voting as a civic right.
