Decorah student death ruled an accidental hypothermia
Prosecutor says 911 call in January showed Nana Kwasi Baffour-Awuah warned of danger but investigators found no foul play. The Luther College student from Ghana froze on campus after a party, was locked out, and died of hypothermia with alcohol involved. The case is closed but questions remain for family and campus.
