Farris defense rests in Cedar Rapids triple murder case
In Newton Iowa the Bruce Farris defense rested without him taking the stand while Michael Rohn testified that Farris fatally stabbed Jacalyn May 29 and her two young sons. Rohn claimed he later learned Farris killed the boys and he helped cover up the crime out of fear. The case moves on from cross examination and alibi questions as proceedings continue.
