Three Charges for C R Man After Hit Run
Clarence D. Zieser, 86, of 421 Sixteenth Street NE, was arrested Tuesday evening after backing into a parked car near his home and leaving the scene. He faced charges of leaving the scene without identification, intoxication, and resisting an officer. police said he was intoxicated at the time and needed force to arrest. He posted a $330 bond and was released.
