Health care bill collapses as 2 defect in Senate
Two more Senate Republicans Mike Lee and Jerry Moran oppose the revamped health care bill joining Rand Paul and Susan Collins. With 52 seats Republicans can lose only two votes. all 48 Democrats expected to vote against. Lee cites not repealing Obamacare taxes and not lowering premiums enough. Moran says it fails to repeal ACA or curb rising costs.
