Downtown Cedar Rapids loses last storefront jewelry shop
Historic jewelry trade in Cedar Rapids dwindles as flood changes leave Siegel’s, Boyson’s and Ginsberg’s relocated. Ginsberg’s moves to Marketplace on First, Siegel’s at 3525 First Ave SE, Boyson’s nearby, ending a century of downtown jewelry storefronts once anchored by Patsey’s, Newton’s and Okinow’s clocks and corner fixtures.
