Wilson R. Kouba 90 of Anamosa passed away Thursday July 16 2009 at St. Luke s Hospital Cedar Rapids. Memorial services are 10 a m Saturday July 18 at Goettsch Funeral Home Anamosa with Rev. Laurie Riley officiating. He is survived by wife Virginia three children Keith Craig Mary Ann and seven grandchildren. Memorials may be donor s choice.
