Cedar Rapids Community Health Free Clinic breaks ground for a new 1.4 million facility at 943 14th Ave SE near Jane Boyd Community House. Construction begins this week with a target to serve patients by February 2004, expanding to seven medical and two dental rooms and a larger privacy-friendly space.
