Cedar Rapids men arrested on drug charges after search warrant
Cedar Rapids police arrested Scott Ulrey and David Heck after a search of Ulrey’s residence at about 6 30 p m. They seized about half a pound of marijuana and various pipes and packaging. Ulrey charged with delivery of a controlled substance. Heck charged with conspiracy to deliver and possession with intent to deliver. A third arrest followed, Jason Strohman, charged with conspiracy to deliver and drug paraphernalia. The 25th Iowa Paint Horse Association show runs this weekend at Hawkeye Downs with free admission and events all day.
