Grinnell man’s sentence reduced on manslaughter ruling

Three Vehicle Crash Kills Guttenberg Man Near New Vienna
Stephan ie Schaub, 23, of Guttenberg, identified as the dead in a Tuesday morning crash on Highway 136 south of New Vienna. Two Waukon cousins Jesse Colsch 22 and Stanley Colsch 28 are jailed in Allamakee County after allegedly firing into an unoccupied car early Sunday.
