County and 1901 seek option in workshop contract changes
Linn County Board of Supervisors moved 2-1 to pursue contract changes with 1901 First Avenue Corp for the Handicapped Systems workshop. An option to buy the building within three years was discussed, with price and payment terms to be negotiated and a formal board decision possible next Tuesday.
