Postville murder trial delayed until August
The first degree murder trial of Gerardo Quiroz-Gonzalez is postponed to August to review new evidence including a gun part prosecutors say is from the murder weapon. Noe Moncada plans to testify he found the Jennings .22 caliber pistol in a garage and wrapped it in a newspaper before disposing it in a ditch near Postville.
