Iowa regulators fine Tipico over Caitlin Clark bets in NCAA game

Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission fined Tipico Iowa 20000 for two illegal bets on Caitlin Clark performance during the Hawkeyes NCAA tournament game on March 25. A separate 5000 fine covered bets on interceptions by quarterbacks in the February 12 Super Bowl. Prairie Meadows Casino also fined 45000 total for multiple violations including underage patrons. Elizabeth O'Donnell Reist named district judge in Eastern Iowa. Ashley West-Joons appointed district associate judge in Judicial District 4.

Iowa Law dean Washburn to step down in December
