Iowa's first heart transplant recipient turns 26

Emerson Martin of Duncombe celebrated his 26th birthday in Coralville while recovering from a heart transplant at the University of Iowa Hospitals. He described feeling fantastic and noted ongoing education costs of 1200 to 1500 dollars monthly with insurance covering much.

Branstad targets Iowa jobless system to spur growth
