UPI reports Richard Queen the 28 year old former consul at the U S embassy in Tehran is said to have neurological problems but remains in good spirits and sound psychological condition. A full diagnosis is expected within 24 hours. Queen was moved to a Zurich hospital after arriving from Tehran with his parents and a State Department official. Preliminary tests by doctors including Dr Paul Egerton a State Department psychiatrist are underway.
