Cedar Rapids man charged after firing gun in liquor store fight
A 31 year old Cedar Rapids man, Mark C. Rolan Jr., was arrested after he produced a firearm and fired into the air during a parking lot fight at Leo's Liquor, 1500 First Ave NE. Authorities recovered a 9mm handgun with extended magazine and ammo after a search warrant.
