Grassley votes on Zika funding under scrutiny in Iowa claim

The claim asserts Chuck Grassley voted against multiple bipartisan Zika bills on May 17, a focus of Patty Judge’s Senate bid. The article notes Grassley blocked two amendments for 1.9 and 1.1 billion dollars and supported a 1.1 billion with ACA cuts proposal that failed. It details broader congressional wrangling and CRS context. Judge is not a senator and did not vote.
